THERE were smiles all around as SMK Westlands students in Penang received their RM100 cash aid from the Federal Government.
They gleefully waved their ringgit bills in the air during a simple ceremony at the school which was graced by Pulau Tikus Barisan Nasional co-ordinator Rowena Yam.
