SIBU: The Borneo Cultural Festival (BCF) 2013 will be returning to enliven the town from June 28 to July 7 at the Sibu Town Square.
The theme for this year’s BCF is ‘Beauty in Ethnic Diversity’ and ‘Green BCF, Clean Sibu’.
