KUCHING: Bidayuh penghulus (community leaders) have been told not to interfere in the duties of the ketua kampung (headmen).
Infrastructure Development and Communications Minister Datuk Seri Michael Manyin said he had observed that some penghulus tended to barge into the responsibilities of the ketua kampung under them.
