GEORGE TOWN: A magistrate’s court here fixed Feb 23 to mention the case of a bouncer charged with murdering a snatch theft victim, pending the requisition order to transfer the case to the High Court for trial.
Magistrate Norhayati Ibrahim fixed the date after DPP Mohd Khairul Fairuz Rahman told the court that the prosecution had tendered the requisition order.
