KOTA KINABALU: It was a fun-filled day in Bongawan as a large number of people turned up for the Papar Water Sports and Environment Carnival 2013, organised by Petronas in collaboration with the Papar District Office.
The carnival was preceded by a “gotong-royong” last week to clean up the various venues as part of the programme that culminated at the beach recently.
