Out cycling for a cause

IN the initiative to heed the call for a greener state, 2,571 cycling enthusiasts took to the streets of Penang for a 38.6km ride from Straits Quay to Batu Uban and back.

Participants cycled along Jalan Tanjung Tokong, Jalan Bagan Jermal, Persiaran Gurney, Lorong Burma, Jalan Sultan Ahmad Shah, Lebuh Farquhar, Lebuh Light, Pengkalan Weld, Lebuhraya Tun Dr Lim Chong Eu and Jalan Aziz Ibrahim before returning to the starting point.
