Irked by stench from clogged drain

FOR the past two years, restaurant owner Sunny Tan has repeatedly complained about the clogged drain behind his establishment along Jalan Seenivasagam to the Ipoh City Council.

“Each time after I lodge a complaint with the council, workers would clean the drain but only at sections where it is not covered.
