Congress wants CM’s apology over statement


GEORGE TOWN: The Penang Malay Congress is demanding that Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng apologise to Muslims for raising the issue on the use of the name Allah by non-Muslims.

Congress president Rahmad Isahak questioned Lim’s intention in urging the Federal Government to allow Christians to use the word Allah in their Malay version of the Bible in his recent Christmas message.
