Bringing Volunteer Patrol Scheme (SRS) members to work together with the police can reduce crime rate in Penang.
The collaboration of SRS with the police was one of the reasons for the decrease of crime rate in Penang, according to George Town Deputy OCPD Supt Ismail Toh Paduka Idris.
