THE Penang Medical College (PMC), which is in partnership with two of the most respected medical schools in Ireland, was conferred a six-star rating under the Malaysian Quality Evaluation Systems for Private Colleges (MyQuest) assessment.
The college was one of three out of the 210 private colleges in the country to have received the maximum rating.
