KUCHING: Borneo Oil Bhd, which owns fast-food chain SugarBun, has seen the emergence of a second substantial shareholder in Victoria Capital Sdn Bhd.
Victoria Capital, which had a 2.22% equity interest as at June 11, has tripled its shareholding in Borneo Oil to 6.67% or 12,839,100 units.
