REALISING the importance of having certified and trained first-aiders, Concorde Hotel Shah Alam organised a First Aid and CPR training for their employees, not only for the good of their hotel guests but also for their fellow employees.
The two-day training was instructed by Chellapan Pallaniappan — an experienced medical personnel who had served the Armed Forces medical and dental service department for 21 years and 14 years in a local automobile manufacturing company.
