KUANTAN: A routine joint-operation involving several agencies here concluded with success including the recovery of a stolen car affixed with a false number plate.
State traffic administrative enforcement officer Asst Supt Zainal Abidin Othman said three people were detained during the three-hour operation at KM270 of the Kuantan – Terengganu alternative road near a petrol station.
