STARTING next year, developers eyeing any of the Penang Municipal Council (MPPP) projects will have to allocate a parking lot for every four to 50 car park spaces for the disabled.
MPPP planning committee alternate chairman Felix Ooi Keat Hin said this was part of the council’s plan to make parking more convenient for the disabled.
