DENGUE cases in the state are the highest near abandoned buildings and project sites, said state Health, Plantation Workers, Poverty and Caring Government exco Dr Xavier Jayakumar.
He said factories/warehouse and colleges/school as well as garbage dumping grounds are the other top places where dengue cases are prominent.
