A BRACE by former state soccer player Hasmawi Hassan enabled Seri Perdana FC of Pantai Johor to beat Waja Peremba FC (both from Alor Setar) 2-0 in the final of the AIA-AFG Takaful seven-a-side soccer competition in Kedah.
Hasmawi, 35, was still his skilful self despite his age throughout the day-long energy sapping tournament.
