AT least 38,000 affordable homes will be built in the state under the Penang Government’s affordable quality homes project.
The construction of 18,000 units would be carried out by Penang Development Corporation under Phases I and II of the state government’s RM500mil affordable housing fund project while private developers would build another 20,000, said Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng.
