UEM Land Holdings Bhd emerged as an Asia Pacific winner for its East Ledang development at the recent International Property Awards 2012, which was held during a gala dinner and awards ceremony on April 27 at the JW Marriott Hotel, Kuala Lumpur.
East Ledang, which was named the Best Architecture Multiple Residence in Asia Pacific is a gated and guarded community garden residential development situated on 275 acres of prime land in Nusajaya, Johor, comprising link duplexes, twin villas and bungalows complemented by 31 gardens, a lake and wetlands.
