ALOR SETAR: The Federal Government has approved a 90-10 matching grant system where it will fund 90% of the cost for repair work and maintenance of flats in low-cost public housing schemes.
Housing and Local Government Minister Datuk Seri Chor Chee Heung said that the Government would be introducing the new grant system to help flat communities throughout Malaysia.
