LUNDU: Government and corporate bodies should take a second look at their employees’ Key Performance Index (KPI) implementation because demanding too much could lead to an organisation’s failure.
Union Network International-Malaysian Liaison Council president Mohamed Shafie Mammal said “unrealistic” KPIs imposed on employees could lead to malpractice in their bid to achieve the set target.
