RESIDENTS and politicians are not keen on the proposal by the Federal Territories and Urban Wellbeing Ministry to change the name of Bukit Gasing in Lembah Pantai to Bukit Kerinchi.
On March 11, FT Minister Datuk Raja Nong Chik Raja Zainal Abidin said the change of name was to avoid confusion with Bukit Gasing in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. Their legal officer has been asked to look into the matter.
