A RESIDENT along Lorong Burma in Penang claims he is now in constant distress over the alleged noise pollution emanating from a restaurant and a cafe in the same neighbourhood.
The resident who only wanted to be known as Vincent, aged 50, said the live music started from 8pm and only ended in the wee hours of the morning.
