Putrajaya carnival back for the third year

THE annual Wow! Putrajaya Carnival is back for the third time and will be held from Feb 23 to 26 this year.

While the carnival was held at the Farmer’s Market area in Precinct 2 last year, this year will see a new location — the lake side in Precinct 2.
