MIRI: Poor understanding of “actual ground realities” by planning authorities in Putrajaya has been blamed for coordination nightmares by implementing agencies in the state.
Dewan Rakyat Deputy Speaker Datuk Wan Junaidi Tuanku Jaafar said yesterday that the Federal authorities had always “failed to understand fully the actual ground realities in interior Sarawak” and as a result, implementing agencies did not have enough fund to use.
