Making it big with sandwiches

AS THE master franchise holder of the O’Briens Irish Sandwich Café in Malaysia, Brian Pua Fook Loong knows the ins and outs of the brand, having started out making the sandwiches himself.

“When we opened the first outlet in Great Eastern Mall 10 years ago, my sister and I were the ones making the sandwiches and serving our customers,” reminisced the 36-year-old Pua.
