30 run-down homes get facelift

SLEEPLESS nights spent worrying about their leaky roof will now be a thing of the past for families from 30 houses in Pulau Betong, Penang.

The families staying in the dilapidated houses can now afford a smile after their houses were repaired this month at a cost of RM150,000 under the wholly owned government agency 1Malaysia Development Berhad (1MDB).
