AN athlete group called the Penang Forward Sports Club succeeded in their bid to become the biggest winners at the annual ‘Penang Round The Island Relay 2011’, which was kicked off from Green Hall in George Town.
The group had taken the top spot in both the men’s open category and men’s veteran category of the 34th annual edition of the relay.
