SIBU: Saberkas Sibu District and all its 44 units are in the process of being dissolved to make way for a major restructuring of the biggest youth organisation in the state.
Outgoing district chairman Jason Tai said that Saberkas would be restructured to strengthen it and also to makeit more relevant to the present time.
