GEORGE TOWN: Bank Negara should provide a toll-free number for consumers to get a proper explanation of the critical illness policy sold by insurance companies, said the Consumers Association of Penang (CAP).
Its president S.M. Mohammed Idris said the policy consisted of complicated medical terms, that were difficult to understand especially to those who were not from the medical background.
