GEORGE TOWN: The Malaysian Maritime Enforcement Agency (MMEA) has detained six fishing vessels for encroachment in waters off Penang over the last four days.
State MMEA enforcement chief Kapt Maritime Robert Teh Geok Chuan said the two local and four Indonesian vessels were caught following operations.
