KUCHING: Special Functions Minister Tan Sri Adenan Satem explained that his portfolio covered all duties, matters and responsibilities on behalf of the Chief Minister by way of delegation or assignment.
He said it could be a general delegation or a specific delegation and in his case, he would be looking after matters related to land administration, natural resources, environment and conservation.
