LEASE EXTENSION

Property owners of the Bukit Gasing and Taman Medan constituencies, especially those from Section 1 to 4 whose leases are due to expire within the next three to four year, can visit the registration centre at the MBPJ Arena Sports Centre at Jalan Selangor, Petaling Jaya from 10am to 4pm on Sept 27. Applicants should bring along the original land title, official search (if not holding original title); two pieces of location plans verified by a Petaling District Office Surveyor; copies of IC, recent quit rent receipt and assessment receipt; permission letter from bank or individual (if title has charge/caveat); relevant fees; and the application form to extradite and reapply for land.
