KUCHING: The State Islamic Council Education Services Bureau has been described as an experimental success in implementing teaching and learning approaches relevant to the changing times.
Chief Minister Tan Sri Abdul Taib Mahmud said this had captured the attention of the younger generation by the introduction of interesting approaches to Islamic education.
