THE account of the attack on a Singaporean tourist and his friends at the Tanjung Bungah beach in Penang has taken on a new twist.
Belgian Larry Van Rompaey, 60, who is helping out a water sports operator at the beach, claimed that the attackers were not “beach boys” as reported earlier.
