Crafty ‘technicians’ caught red-handed with loot

MALACCA: Two men masquerading as air-con technicians filched dozens of air-conditioners units including those mounted on Government buildings n Malacca since beginning their unlawful act early this year.

The crafty modus operandi employed by the duo, in their mid-20’s, was to park their van in front of targeted buildings and will openly display gadgets used to service air-con in an attempt to deflect suspicions of passer-bys.
