EIGHTY-one tuition centres occupying commercial buildings in Seberang Prai, Penang, have been found to be operating illegally.
Seberang Prai municipal councillor Soon Lip Chee said of the 81 centres, 32 were located in north Seberang Prai, 30 in central Seberang Prai and 19 in south Seberang Prai.
