JOHOR BARU: Johor Mentri Besar’s special aid Loh Teh Hian went all out to help a scratch-and-win victim to recover his RM8,800 loss last month in a scam.
Loh, together with 10 personnel from the state Domestic and Consumer Affairs Department raided the company’s office in Taman Molek here at around 12pm yesterday.
