A DELEGATION from the Education Ministry (Basic Education Commission) of Thailand — led by Dr Som Kieat Chobphon — paid a visit to the Alor Setar Tower, the state capital’s tallest landmark.
The 60-member delegation included Thai Education Inspector-General Dr Chaiyapruk Sereerak and Thai media representatives.
