VARIOUS programmes involving the police, army and the National Security Council (MKN), have been planned in Penang to optimise cooperation among the security forces to provide better services to the people.
Penang deputy police chief Datuk Abdul Rahim Jaafar said the programmes, which are also aimed at forging closer ties between the society and the security force, would be in accordance with the National Blue Ocean Strategy (NBOS).
