Chow refutes SPNB’s charges over CF delay

THE local authorities in Penang are not to be blamed for the delay in the issuing of the Certificate of Fitness (CF) for housing projects undertaken by the government linked company- Syarikat Perumahan Negara Berhad (SPNB) in Penang.

Penang Local Government and Traffic Management Committee chairman Chow Kon Yeow denied claims by SPNB that the actions of the local authorities had caused the delays in the securing of the CF.
