SEVERAL Malay and Indian single mothers who were among 50 participants of the 1Malaysia Patriotism Caring Nyonya Chang Festival were delighted to be given a specially prepared halal chang (glutinous rice dumpling).
The single mothers of all races also took home fruitcakes and tosai during the event organised by the South Seberang Prai Rainbow Single Mothers Fellowship.
