Art exhibition

House of Matahati (HOM) will showcase seven artists from their past residency programme in a unique exhibition called ‘After Residency’. Visitors will be treated to a reunion and the chance to gain insights into what really happened after a residency. One of them is Azam Aris who has been exhibiting prominently in Malaysia. Also exhibiting is Ruzzeki Harris who has exhibited works that featured a variety of media and his painting, ‘Man-Made Pills’, featured an appropriation of Adam from Michelangelo’s Sistine Chapel (The Creation of Adam). The show opens today till May 14. HOM is located at 6A Jalan Cempaka 16, Taman Cempaka, Ampang. Gallery hours are Mon-Fri (11am-6pm), Sat (1pm-6pm) and is closed on Sundays and public holidays.
