THE Penang Times Square mall became a venue for a big gathering of creative talents from all over Malaysia during the Creative Design Competition Award Ceremony (CAMPAP).
The competition was held to provide an opportunity for students to exhibit their artistic piece to the public besides promoting arts, culture and creativity among students.
