A RIVER-diversion project by the Selangor State Development Corporation (PKNS) in Antara Gapi, Hulu Selangor, has been issued a stop-work order.
Hulu Selangor District Council officer Nor Hisham Ahmad Dahlan said the contractor had not submitted plans to straighten the river.
