THE accident-prone Lengkok Angsana and Lebuhraya Thean Teik in Bandar Baru Air Itam, Penang, will soon undergo changes to reduce accidents in the area.
Paya Terubong assemblyman Yeoh Soon Hin, who visited the site with Air Itam assemblyman Wong Hon Wai and several Public Works Department (JKR) officers, said residents nearby and road users had complained about motorists turning illegally at the junction causing accidents there.
