KOTA KINABALU: Sabahans appear to be less affected by debt problems compared to other Malaysians if the number of people in the state seeking the help of the Credit Counselling and Management Agency (AKPK) is an indicator.
As of February, a total of 4,400 people in Kota Kinabalu have sought counselling from the agency in managing their debts.
