AROUND 200 dinghy and sailboard sailors from Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand converged at the Penang Swimming Club (PSC) over the weekend to pit their wits and skills against each other in an annual battle of seamanship.
Held in the waters off the club at Tanjung Bungah, the Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC)/PSC Penang International Regatta 2011 kicked off with Marathon races for the Optimist, Laser, International 420, Dinghy Open and Wind-surfing categories.
