DESCENDENTS of Mandailing leader Raja Bilah kept the tradition of commemorating the first haircut of a baby alive by holding a ceremony at their ancestral home in Chemor near Ipoh.
The baby Najmi Nizam is the second grandson of Noormiah Mohd Jamil, 65, who is the great great grandniece of Raja Bilah.
