EFFECTIVE this year, both local authorities in George Town and Seberang Prai will adopt a “no-wrong door” policy, where municipal councillors would be required to accept all forms of complaints.
Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng said the councillors could no longer pass the buck to other councillors, even though the matter did not fall under their designated committees.
