MBPJ wants permanent structures removed

SEVERAL residents associations (RA) in Petaling Jaya are left puzzled after receiving notices from the Petaling Jaya City Council (MBPJ) to bring down permanent structures in their gated and guarded neighbourhoods.

MBPJ sent out the notices last week asking the RAs to remove all permanent structures built illegally along public roads, citing the Street, Drainage and Building Act 1974 (Act 133) 46 (1)(a).
